Do these two look alike or what?! When I married Paul I didn't think I'd eventually have 2 clones of him! :)

Pregnancy...

PREGNANCY

It's varicose veins, swollen breasts, and an ass the size of Maine.

It's swollen feet, frequent pees, and the constant need to complain.

It's pregnancy.

The back braking, stretch mark making, heck of a hard job to do.

And when 9 months have passed and you think you're through,

Oh, pregnancy has so much more to offer you.

For when pregnant time is through, labor is what's in store for you.

The pain is so intense you scream at the top of your voice,

turning back now is certainly not a choice.

With each contraction you give it your all,

until what once felt so big, suddenly becomes so small.

The baby is born and when you touch his sweet skin

suddenly there is no pain outside or within.

Yes, pregnancy is tough and a hell of a difficult task,

but is it worth it?

Does one ever need to ask?

I am SO done being pregnant!! I am in so much pain, each step is excruciating. I find out this week, but I may be having baby Carson next week. I'm trying to get ready for Christmas, a new baby, and getting my business in a state where I can miss a few weeks. It's been rough but I am very excited for my new baby. He will be early but not as early as Stockton, so hopefully we will be able to take him home. I'll let ya know when my cutie arrives!!

Like father, like son...

It is just crazy to me how much my son looks like his dad. These two are the best of friends. They call each other, "buddy"! I once asked Stockton if I was his buddy and he said, "No, you're Mamas"

Stinkin' Flu...

So when you are in your 9th month of pregnancy and you get the flu, you know what they do?? Throw you in the hospital! Yes. I am smiling because I just keep telling myself that everything will be fine. I've had a rough pregnancy filled with lots and lots of blood tests, 24 hour urine kits, non-stress tests, high blood pressure, high liver enzymes, bedrests... etc. The list goes on. I will be so thrilled when this baby arrives.

I'm out of the hospital and am trying to keep this baby in for a couple more weeks, even though everything seems to be going south. This baby has lasted longer than Stockton though, so I am hoping that when he does come, I'll get to take him home.

Halloween 2009

Stockton couldn't decide what to be, but he loves Ratatouille so we decided he would love to be Linguine. This Disney costume was so stinkin cute! He even has a little Remi on his hat.

Once Stockton went out Trick-or-Treating he decided he LOVES Halloween. He went all around the block and, such a proud parent moment, he said "Thank You" each time.

My mother is so hilarious!! She dressed up like Sponge Bob and gave out gummy crabby patties. So funny! I'm always so busy chasin Stockton I didn't get any pictures of his cousins. :( but they were all adorable.

Stockton's Thomas Party

Talon and Ally stole the show when they showed up in Jack and Sally costumes!! They were adorable. These two really get into themed parties!
We really had a great time. The pictures just don't do it justice. From the decorations to the food everything was themed. We even had a calderon of punch, that smoked!!
My mother had a game planned for the kids...a cake walk. All the adults joined in and had more fun than the kids!! We won hostess cakes and had a blast!

Poor Stockton we playin too rough with his cousins and got a black eye. He was a trooper though and was back to playin in no time!!
Little cutie clappin after blowing out his candles.

Stockton's Konold Party

Jack looked great outside and we had huge inflatable thingys that played sound and moved.

I made this cake, we didn't eat it though. I bought a cake to eat. This one was just for the fun of it.

These were our appetizers... bloody fingers above (little smokies wrapped in tortilla shells with ketchup) and the screaming man below (cheese ball with salsa)

Everyone had fun and enjoyed chili in pumpkin bread bowls.

Of course all the kids ended up outside to play basketball. I just love how Stockton gets right into the game.

Stockton blew out his candles!! I hope he made a wish!!

The Making of Jack Skellington...

For Stockton's 3rd birthday we decided to have a "Nightmare Before Christmas" theme. It was a little hard to come up with cool things. This could have been our best idea. We first cut Jack out of a piece of plywood, he was 8 ft tall!!

After we primed it, we taped off certain areas and spray painted it black.

My friend Tayten and I went to work painting him. It was a huge project and took several hours. I am so lucky to have a great friend who will help me like this.

All finished!! We were very happy with our work...any very sleepy. There were some parts that we were not so happy with, but we simply had to stop. Oh and be nice about my belly-- I'm having a rough pregnancy. :)

Another cute shower pic

Stockton loves to shower with his dad. This picture just gets to me. It is so sweet to watch my two boys be so sweet with each other. I can't wait till my 2nd son is born so he can join in!

IN A MONTH...

...MY BABY WILL BE 3!!!!

Stockton is growing up so fast! I can hardly believe it. He has become a little boy. Stockton says the funniest things and is learning new things every day. He is a sponge, soaking up knowledge. He sings the alphabet song, “A, E, A, I, J, K…YAY!” and the Mickey Mouse tune, “M, I, E, K, Y, high high high!” He makes me laugh every day. Stockton is a lover of Cheeto’s and can polish off a bag in 2 days, no problem. He loves to watch TV and lets me know when his favorites are on. His favorite movies (to watch over and over and over…) are Nemo, Chicken Little, WALL-E, Bee Movie, and Ratatouille. He is eating a little bit better, mostly because he started preschool and watching the other kids eat, helps provide motivation. I’ve been a total slacker on posting… life with a 3 year old keeps me busy.

Here are just a few of my favorite Stocktonisms:

“Hi Mama”

“Hi Daddys!” (most everything is plural these days)

“Mama did it.”

“Mama is my happy.”

“Love it!”

“Hi ya Buddy!”

“Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine!” – This because of the birds in Nemo

“Go Cougars!”

“Whoa Dude!”

“I NEED my outside!”
