Lighting McQueen Chair

This chair was a gift from my parents to Stock on his birthday. He loves it! He puts it up on the couch and puts a car on each arm rest and carefully sits so they don't fall. Stockton could sit in this chair all day! All he needs is a couple cars, some popcorn, and a good movie.

Autum Fun!

We raked the leaves today and let Stockton jump in them! He had a great time and loves to be outside! He thought the texture of the leaves where fascinating. Love him!

Nickelcade!!

We went to Nickelcade with Ryan and Tayten and Stockton just wanted to walk around and look at all the people! He LOVED this red car!! He got angry if other people took his car! It was so funny!

Funny thing... Stockton loves to get inside these things and get on the ponies and such but if you put money in them, so they move, he freaks out!

Good-Bye Crib!!!

Stockton is a big boy now!! He sleeps in his new bed and looks absolutely adorable! The flash woke him up when we took these pictures and we had one ornery boy on our hands.
But it was worth it!!

Jodi Picoult Quote...

Lately I have been devouring Jodi Picoult novels. I love how she writes about real-life situations. Every now and then I come across a quote like this one that I cannot help but to write it down and read it often. I thought it appropriate to share with all of you mothers who I know feel the same way. I just love it when someone puts exactly into words how I feel!

"When your pregnant, you can think of nothing but having your own body to yourself again; yet after giving birth you realize that the biggest part of you is now somehow external, subject to all sorts of dangers and disappearance, so you spend the rest of your life trying to figure out how to keep them close enough for comfort. That's the strange thing about being a mother. Until you have a baby, you don't even realize how much you were missing one." --Jodi Picoult

Halloween 2008

Stockton was Lightning Mcqueen for Halloween... big surprise. He calls out "Varrroooom" as he runs around in his costume. He is so enjoyable and the life of the party.
Abby as Dorothy... complete with Toto.
Sydney as Glenda the Good Witch.

These girls are beautiful! They had their hair and makeup done professionaly for the occation. They looked perfect. I am sorry I don't have pictures of Talon or Ally. They left Halloween afternoon for Disneyland! I am happy for them (and jealous) but I missed seeing the kids in their costumes.Kaylinn was a cow for her first Halloween. It was the cutest outfit I have ever seen!! She doesn't look too happy to be in it... Ha! I love the faces she pulls. She is the cutest little girl ever!

Hubs. Love him.
Mom and daughter.
